You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date if the item was found to be defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, and you MUST obtain a return authorization/approval email before mail your return. How you choose to ship your return to us is up to you. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement upon receipt of the returned item.
Please keep in mind that this is a work-at-home-mom run business. All orders are packed and shipped with care by hand and as quickly as possible. Drop-shipping of some items can be expected, but in most cases will not delay or affect your order in any way except for the fact that you may receive your order in more than one package.

Shipping Times and Rates:
In the past shipping charges were based on quantity. Now rates are calculated based upon the approximate weight and value of the items purchased. Shipping charges are as close to actual rates as possible. Please add an item to the cart, choose your location, and press the "recalculate" button to be presented with the shipping amount for the items in your cart. You do not need to fill in your shipping information, simply choose the Country you are located in.

Orders ship within 24-72 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted.
