How's it work?You pay one fee, essentially buying one diaper, and you keep it to try for 2 weeks. You add it to your diaper rotation for 2 weeks and let your babe test drive it! After 2 weeks you send it back and upon receipt we send you another new diaper of your choice to try.
What if I want to keep it?If after evaluating the diaper for 2 weeks you decide you like it and would like to keep it you may do just that. You will then be issued a refund of $5.00 and you will receive a $5.00 Voucher to use towards your next order! If you want to keep it and would also like to continue trying more diapers, simply use your $5.00 Voucher towards the Try Cloth Diapers One-at-a-time program and we'll start you back up with another new diaper to try for 2 weeks.
Who pays the shipping?You are responsible for paying the return postage on the diapers you wish to send back. After receiving your returned trial diaper,
Earth Angels Diaper Co. covers the cost to ship a new trial diaper to you. Average cost within the USA is between $1-3.00 to ship one diaper w/ inserts. Insurance is optional but Delivery Confirmation is required.
What happens if I lose or badly damage a diaper?The same rules apply to having lost or badly damaged a diaper that apply to you keeping the diaper. You will be refunded $5.00 and also issued a Voucher for $5.00 off your next order. It's a win/win situation!
What if the diapers get stained?Two weeks is a fairly safe amount of time to use a diaper without putting it through too much wear and tear. Normal staining may occur but you will not be penalized for that.
What happens if I no longer want to try diapers?At any point if you've decided that you no longer want to try any more diapers and you've sent back your last one, you can drop-out of the program.
You will be refunded all but $10.00 of the original fee and you will also be issued a $5.00 Voucher to be used towards a future purchase.
What if I don't get my diaper back in time?Diapers are only to be used for 2 weeks and then returned. If at any time you keep any diaper for 30 days it will not be eligible for return and you will then be expected to keep the diaper. You will be refunded $5.00 and a Voucher issued for $5.00 off your next order.
What if I want to try more than One-at-a-time?Simply checkout separately with the One-at-a-time program fee for each diaper that you'd like to try. All of the above rules/guidelines still apply. Or check out our
